Izabela was born and raised in Poland, where she finished Technical University majoring in Biotechnology.
She came to the U.S. in 2003 and she has worn many different hats since her arrival. Izabela had worked with special
needs children helping them to improve their quality of every day life and also as a phlebotomist in a
hospital setting in Boston. Before moving to Rhode Island, where she currently lives with her husband and
daughter and a family dog-Indiana, Izabela spent 5 years in Syracuse, NY, where she worked as a contact lens
manager in a busy optical office. She is now excited to be a part of the Teamwork Physical Therapy
Medway team. She speaks fluent Polish, Russian and Ukrainian and loves traveling, but most of all, spending time
with her family.
Nate grew up in Millis, Massachusetts and attended Xavarian Brothers High School. It was at
Xavarian that he developed what would become a lifelong passion for running. He ran for Xavarian’s
track & field and cross-country teams. After high school, Nate attended Springfield College.
He graduated with a Master of Physical Therapy degree and also represented Springfield in both
track & field and cross-country. He particularly enjoyed running the steeple chase. Nate continues to
be an avid runner, having run 10 marathons (including 4 Boston Marathons) and even an
ultra-marathon. He also enjoys doing triathlons, golf, biking and hiking. Nate lives in Holliston with
his wife and daughter.
Nate is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is trained in functional dry needling,
kinesio taping, Graston, functional training, and running gait analysis. He has a true passion
for physical therapy and enjoys helping people achieve all of their goals.
